Job summary

DCX stands as a leading BPO provider seeking an IT Asset & Operations Specialist to support hardware preparation, deployment, and asset lifecycle management. You will coordinate with IT Asset, Procurement, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth asset processes and compliant operations.

The role covers shipment logistics, inventory control, and process improvements, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and cross-functional collaboration across the US and Philippines time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT asset management, IT operations, technical support, hardware deployment, inventory management, or logistics coordination.
• Proficient in Excel, reporting, and documentation; strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare IT equipment for deployment with configuration, testing, imaging, installation, and quality validation.
• Ensure hardware is functional, labeled, documented, and ready for end-user assignment.
• Support onboarding by preparing and deploying IT equipment within required timelines.
• Assist with hardware refresh, replacement, and recovery activities.
• Maintain accurate asset records across the lifecycle and support audits and reporting.
