Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently in Manila seeks a Principal Recruitment Consultant (Technology) to lead end-to-end recruitment for niche tech roles and drive business growth. The role combines strategic partner work with hands-on delivery in a hybrid setup.

You will leverage a broad network, run proactive headhunting, and mentor teams while shaping talent strategies for clients across software, cloud, data, and cybersecurity domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in technology recruitment.
• At least 5 years in an agency (staffing/search firm) environment.
• Proven experience running a 360 recruitment desk (delivery + BD).
• Demonstrated headhunting expertise with a strong tech network.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to win and grow client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end (360) recruitment for complex tech roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and hiring managers on talent strategy and market mapping.
• Lead proactive headhunting initiatives to engage passive tech talent.
• Build and expand a pipeline of specialized technology professionals.
• Drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Provide market intelligence on salaries, competitors, and hiring trends.
