• Proven track record delivering 360 recruitment desks.
• Strong headhunting capability and tech network.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client facing skills.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex tech roles.
• Advise clients on talent strategy and market insights.
• Lead proactive headhunting to engage top tech Talent.
• Build and maintain a strong tech talent pipeline.
• Drive business development and client relationship growth.
• Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking.
