AMS is seeking a Principal – Talent Sourcing to lead sourcing strategies and partnerships with recruiters, delivering top talent and data-driven insights for client stakeholders. You will influence hiring outcomes through talent intelligence and innovative sourcing approaches.

You will build strong relationships with clients, identify niche skills, and manage performance metrics across sourcing tools and systems, delivering measurable value for AMS and its partners.

Formación

• Effective English language skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Demonstrable mastery in recruiting and/or sourcing techniques with the ability to use data and in-depth market knowledge to inform sourcing strategies.
• Mastery of passive sourcing techniques and technologies including Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut and in house ATS or CRM technologies.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.

Key Accountabilities

Act as a Trusted Adviser

• Work with Recruiters to develop partnerships and working relationships that deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience. You will lead on recruiting discussions and ensure you’re viewed as a thought leader who can expertly develop sourcing strategies that deliver great talent.
• Partner with experts in sourcing and talent intelligence to develop effective sourcing strategies and ensure that you’re using talent intelligence to influence your client stakeholders and hiring outcomes. Proactively ensure you’re bringing insight and intelligence to recruiting discussions at the beginning of the process.
• Show tact and confidence in talking to client stakeholders. Ensure you’re leveraging your knowledge and wider AMS network to propose solutions that deliver the right results for your clients and AMS e.g., proposing alternative ways to find niche skills in a competitive market.

Attract, source & engage high calibre talent.

• Demonstrate innovative, critical thinking and a commitment to ongoing professional development within your role, so you can support your client to hire the best talent in the market, not just those who are actively on the market.
• Use your knowledge and established network at AMS to develop a sourcing strategy that uses the right channels to attract, and engage with your target audience e.g., LinkedIn or other social media tools. Adopt a ‘search’ mentality that enables you to identify and engage talent for our most hard to fill specialist and niche roles.
• Understand and utilise data to measure the success of your sourcing strategy, review, refine, innovate, and adapt your approach as required. Regularly socialise successes and challenges that reinforce the value of sourcing.
• Present candidates to clients in an accurate and compelling way. Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure that you’re continually considering diverse pools of talent and advocating for selection decisions and processes that are free from bias.
• Track progress, data, and performance on all applicable systems.

Value Candidate Experience

• Champion your candidates. Have honest, quality career discussions that assess candidate suitability for each role and bring your client’s brand to life so that candidates feel excited at the prospect of joining them.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates so they become client advocates, irrespective of hiring outcomes.

Skills & Requirements

• Effective English language skills with the ability to build great relationships and partner somewhat independently with clients and candidates. Clear, engaging and professional in written communications with the ability to digest, retain and utilise information to influence others.
• Demonstrable mastery in recruiting and/or sourcing techniques with the ability to use data and in-depth market knowledge to inform sourcing strategies and create and adapt detailed sourcing plans to fill specialist and niche hiring needs.
• Mastery of a broad range of passive sourcing techniques and technologies including Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut and in house ATS or CRM technologies.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.
