AMS is seeking a Principal - Talent Insights to join our team. The role focuses on researching, data gathering, and delivering insights to inform recruitment strategies across borders. You will collaborate with the I&I team to translate data into actionable recommendations for clients.

The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, a readiness to work in an EMEA shift, and occasional on-site reporting at the BGC client office. A hybrid work model is offered.

• Create reports, presentations, and commentary to communicate insights and recommendations
• Enhance client engagement by delivering tailored insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with partners to present findings and actionable next steps

Key Accountabilities

• Subject Matter Expertise - keep up to date with relevant markets, sources and
  trends, identifying key metrics which require deep dive in the report analysis
• Internal and External Data Collection and Analysis - conducting primary research
  techniques, gathering and analysing internal client operational data / AMS
  aggregate data and external market data from I&I recommended tools and
  methodologies
• Content Development - create reports, presentations, and commentary to
  communicate research findings, I&I recommendations, and drive actionable
  insights-led results
• Improved Client Engagement - enable stronger relationships with clients by
  providing tailored insights and recommendations that address specific recruitment needs
• Deliver Actionable Insights and Recommendations - collaborate with I&I Partner to present insights findings and actionable next steps to stakeholders

Skills & Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in Researching and Data Gathering
• Strength in Data Analysis and Quality and Accuracy
• Familiarity with MS Excel and PowerPoint, or strong learning agility/or the ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work effectively in fast paced and demanding environment
• Strength in Effective Communication and Generating Creative Ideas
• Willing to work EMEA shift and report 3x per week in BGC client office
