Job summary

AMS is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers and client stakeholders across APAC. You will source, screen, interview, and endorse candidates while coordinating interviews and offers.

The role requires onsite three days per week at the BGC office in Manila. You will support onboarding, build relationships, and deliver a positive candidate experience in a collaborative, diverse environment with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines with reliability.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities to assess fit and qualifications.
• Experience coordinating interviews among candidates, managers, and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with credible stakeholder relationships.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate endorsement, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously while maintaining quality and timeliness.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing communications among candidates, hiring managers, and client stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and maintain professional stakeholder relationships.

Willing to work onsite three times per week in the BGC office and support the APAC shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
