Job summary

Indra Group in Ortigas is seeking a Business Development professional with 3+ years in pre-sales, business analysis or related roles to drive proposals, aligned with client goals and winning strategies. The role requires strong communication, data presentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will lead the analysis and design of proposals, prepare P&L inputs, coordinate inputs across the team, and manage client discussions during prebid or proposal meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to clients.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with above-average presentation and data analysis capabilities.

Amendable to work on-site in a hybrid set-up (2x-3x onsite) in Ortigas; still amendable even the company transition to full on-site in the future.
