Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu is seeking a Laundry Manager to oversee daily laundry operations, linen and uniform control, and to lead a high-performing team. You will handle guest laundry requests with professionalism and ensure adherence to hotel guidelines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be hotelier-spirited, enjoy guest interaction, and preferably have experience with an International 5* hotel group, while demonstrating strong leadership and English-language communication skills.

• Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times.
