Job summary

Shangri-La The Fort, Manila in Taguig invites applications for a Laundry/Uniform Supervisor. You will direct the Uniform/Linen room and manage related operations, including handling guest laundry requests and supporting overall laundry workflow.

The ideal candidate is a hotelier with pride in hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and a self-starter who works well in a team. Preferably college graduate with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field.

Qualifications

• Preferable a college graduate with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or in the same capacity.
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in the same field or has relevant hospitality experience.
• Takes pride in being a hotelier.
• Has strong interpersonal skills.
• Is a self-starter and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Directs and maintains the Uniform/Linen room and all its functions according to Shangri-La The Fort, Manila.
• Responsible for handling guest/laundry requests and assisting in the overall laundry operation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
