Job summary

Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation is seeking a Laundry Manager to oversee the Laundry Department, ensuring efficient, high-quality service, proper equipment maintenance, and cost control, reporting to Housekeeping leadership.

The role requires proven managerial experience in large-scale hotel laundry, strong P&L awareness, staff training, and a hands-on approach to safety and quality in linen care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a managerial role in a five-star hotel or large-scale hotel laundry.
• Technical knowledge of laundry equipment and processes.
• Proficient in understanding P&L and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proper, efficient operation of the Laundry Department.
• Prepare budget and present to Director of Housekeeping.
• Maintain equipment and train staff on usage and maintenance.
• Control expenses through efficient use of supplies and labor.
• Ensure quality of linen and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor outsourced laundry quality and implement improvements.
• Maintain safety and compliance across the department.
