• Ability to supervise Public Areas and Laundry operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of daily housekeeping activities.
• Lead and motivate the Public Area and Laundry teams.
• Supervise maintenance of guest rooms and replenish supplies.
• Uphold hotel standards and brand policies.
• Report maintenance issues to Engineering.
