Job summary

Shangri-La Group Manila is seeking a Laundry Manager who will supervise Service Leaders and Service Associates for Laundry operations under the guidance of the Director of Rooms and Director of Housekeeping. You will oversee daily laundry activities to ensure quality service and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities include directing the Laundry Department in accordance with corporate policies, maintaining efficiency, and supporting financial and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• College graduate with Hospitality degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years managerial experience in large-scale hotel laundry expected.
• Knowledgeable on the financial aspects of the Laundry Department; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Service Leaders and Service Associates for Laundry operations.
• Direct and maintain the Laundry Department in accordance with hotel policies and guidelines.
• Ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction while upholding standards.
