Job summary

JLL is seeking a hands-on Premises Manager in Taguig, Philippines. The role focuses on leading facilities and workplace teams, delivering superior client experience, and managing vendors to meet SLAs and budgets.

You will ensure safety, compliance, and sustainability across a large portfolio, including a high-profile account such as Globe. The successful candidate will have a strong hospitality mindset, excellent stakeholder management, and proven experience in project delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Management, Hospitality Management, or a related service environment, with proven experience in team and client management.
• Proven experience managing a facilities portfolio of at least 100,000 sq. ft. within the past three years.
• Preferably with at least 3 years of experience with JLL or equivalent experience providing Integrated Facilities Management services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach facilities and workplace teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Manage vendor and service partner relationships, track SLAs, KPIs, and budgets.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across sites.
• Prepare and present operational, financial, and management reports to stakeholders.
