Job summary

JLL is seeking a Technical Facilities Coordinator for on-site operations in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive facilities management, maintaining building procedures, and optimizing energy use alongside the regional team.

You will lead a team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure health and safety standards are met, while collaborating with account management to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in the built environment, with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general handyman tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective on-site facilities management services and maintain building procedures and performance measures.
• Lead and develop a high-performing facilities team and coordinate with senior account teams.
• Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, vendor management, quotes and contract negotiations.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations are followed and records are maintained.
