JLL Philippines in Taguig seeks a Premises Manager to lead integrated facilities operations for a high-profile corporate account. You will direct housekeeping, maintenance, security, and workplace services while managing budgets and vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety and EHS compliance, and a track record of delivering exceptional customer experience in hospitality-minded facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Facilities/Workplace Management with team and client management.
• Portfolio experience of at least 100,000 sq. ft. in the past 3 years.
• Preferably 3+ years with JLL or equivalent integrated facilities management experience.
• Strong operations, client relations, and service delivery capabilities.
• Hospitality or customer-facing background is highly valued, with a focus on workplace experience.
