Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operations Manager (P3) in Taguig, Philippines, onsite to lead data analytics, training delivery, and engineering operations. You will guide team leads, partner with HR, and align day‑to‑day activities with strategic goals while maintaining client satisfaction and strong governance.

The role requires hands‑on experience with Corrigo and a proven track record in operations leadership, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic, client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management or related field.
• 2–3+ years in operations management with people leadership experience.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams across data analytics, training, and engineering operations.
• Knowledge of facilities/work order management systems or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop team leads across data analytics, training, and engineering operations.
• Set objectives, evaluate performance, and drive accountability for delivery.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement across functions.
• Oversee day‑to‑day ops ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to recruit and retain top talent.
• Communicate vision and strategy to stakeholders and drive organizational change.
