Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Site Lead to manage daily operations of assigned facilities in the Metro Manila area. You will supervise vendors, coordinate maintenance, and advise clients on workspace performance, safety, and efficiency.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving, leading a team to optimize facility operations and drive cost savings while upholding high service standards. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facilities management, building operations, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment.
• Proven experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members at all levels.
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of assigned facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and building automation.
• Develop and manage facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring all systems are maintained to manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance against agreed service levels.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify potential issues, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high operational standards.
• Respond to emergency situations, coordinating appropriate resources and communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
• Lead and mentor facility staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and senior leadership, providing insights into facility performance, project status, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workplace strategy initiatives, space planning projects, and sustainability programs.
