Job summary

JLL in the Philippines is seeking a Property Manager to lead the operational management of a commercial property. On-site duties include supervising engineers and staff, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring adherence to budget and lease terms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facilities or property management, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English and Filipino. This role reports to the Account/Portfolio Director and requires professional presentation and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, commercial property or hospitality management.
• Experience in financial, vendor and contract management.
• Fluent in English & Filipino (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Appraise, train and supervise engineers and staff.
• Lead development of the building operations plan and annual budget.
• Provide regular reports on building status, utilities and services.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure effective communication and task assignment.
• Ensure adherence to budget when ordering supplies and services.
• Implement JLL standards across the building.
• Manage lease documents between landlord and tenant.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
