Job summary

JLL Philippines in Makati is seeking a Property Manager to lead the operation of client facilities, supervise engineers and staff, and ensure adherence to budgets and service standards.

You will develop operational plans, report to management, handle leasing documents, and implement JLL policies. The role requires 5+ years in facilities/property/hospitality management, strong vendor and contract management, and excellent English and Filipino communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree in engineering, property management, or business management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of work experience in facilities, commercial property or hospitality management.
• Experience in financial, vendor, and contract management.
• Strong people and client relationship skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Filipino (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Appraise, train and supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians and other personnel; manage contracted staff.
• Lead development of the building operational plan and annual budget.
• Provide regular reports to management on building status, utilities and services.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure effective communication and clear task designation.
• Recommend approvals for supplies and services to adhere to budget.
• Ensure compliance with company and building policies and procedures.
• Implement JLL standards and improvements across the building.
• Advise Real Property Division on operational staffing changes.
• Discipline staff as needed per Code of Conduct and Labor Code.
• Administer lease documents between landlord and tenant.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Management.
