Job summary

Valuemax Group Ltd is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to grow its customer base in the precious metals sector. The role focuses on outbound sales, building relationships from scratch, and expanding the gold and metals acquisition network.

You will travel to customer locations, handle logistics, provide pricing updates, and manage an existing client portfolio while ensuring compliance and timely communications with HQ.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition.
• Self-starter with hunter mentality and ability to build a customer base from scratch.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence required; company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers, including businesses, jewellers, and individuals selling gold and precious metals.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of new and recurring customers and conduct outbound calls and visits.
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing customers and provide market updates and pricing guidance.
• Travel to customer locations to collect, transport, and deliver precious metals; ensure proper documentation and chain-of-custody compliance.
