Redstone Commodity Search is seeking a senior metal sales professional to join an international trading house based in Luxembourg. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, build regional client relationships, and collaborate with trading teams to align with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has a proven B2B metals sales track record, strong industry knowledge, and hands-on experience with contracts and logistics related to physical metal trading.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B metals sales, ideally within base or non‑ferrous commodities.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer needs, particularly in galvanising, casting, or chemical applications.
• Experience managing regional client portfolios and driving new business development.
• Familiarity with contract structures, incoterms, and logistics related to physical metal trading.
• Self‑starter with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to grow sales across key industrial and manufacturing clients.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and pricing through to contract negotiation and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional customers, traders, and logistics teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the product and trading teams to ensure alignment with broader commercial objectives.
