Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue across its minerals portfolio. Base location is flexible with eventual relocation to London, Dubai, or Johannesburg.

The role involves leading an international sales network and developing relationships with key customers to secure long‑term supply agreements. You will work closely with operations, logistics and technical teams to ensure delivery and negotiate contracts while traveling internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years commercial or sales experience within minerals, mining, metals, or industrial commodities.
• Experience managing international customers and third‑party sales agents.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the global sales strategy across the minerals portfolio.
• Expand market share across Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and India.
• Lead and manage international sales agents, including performance targets and reporting.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long‑term supply agreements with key customers.
• Partner with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure consistent customer delivery.
