Their goal is to help close deals by showcasing the value and suitability of the company’s offerings.

Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment: Understanding customer business challenges and technical requirements through discovery calls, meetings, and questionnaires.
• Product Demonstrations: Preparing and delivering compelling product demonstrations, tailored to specific customer needs and use cases. This often involves customizing demos and addressing specific technical questions.
• Technical Presentations: Creating and delivering technical presentations to various audiences, including technical staff, management, and executives.
• Proposal Development: Contributing to the technical aspects of proposals, including writing technical sections, defining solutions, and estimating effort.
• Solution Design: Working with customers to design solutions that meet their specific requirements, often involving integrating the company’s product with existing systems.
• Technical Support: Providing technical support to the sales team and customers during the sales cycle. This might include answering technical questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing training.
• Product Knowledge: Maintaining deep technical knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
• Sales Collaboration: Working closely with sales representatives to develop sales strategies and close deals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
