Qualifications

• 4 years in an admin/coordinator role (production or studio experience is a plus).
• Strong written verbal communication.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and great at follow-through.
• Excellent in Google Workspace (G Suite) and Slack.
• Able to prioritize fast in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work Pacific Time (PT / PST).
• Comfortable using tools to stay efficient (AI tools a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and prep schedules to keep pre-production moving.
• Track script and creative deliverables.
• Organize documents and assets for easy access.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-ups happen on time.
• Compile key notes and updates for leadership across departments.
• Report progress to our Founder and maintain clear distributions.
