Job summary

Multiply Mii is seeking a highly organized Product Coordinator to drive operational product development workflows. You will maintain product information, coordinate with overseas manufacturing partners across Asia, track progress, and ensure data accuracy across multiple projects.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and factory partners while helping streamline documentation and internal processes as the team scales. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating, documenting, or data management in product development, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and multiple projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Product Information System with accurate documentation across development stages.
• Consolidate information from email/WeChat/internal comms into standardized Excel files and SharePoint.
• Coordinate with overseas manufacturing partners and track samples, quotes, testing and production updates.
• Monitor ~40+ products in various development stages and ensure information is current.
• Identify inconsistencies between approved specs and received samples and document evaluations.
• Suggest workflow improvements and leverage AI tools to enhance processes.
