Qualifications

• 4+ years in an admin/coordinator role (production or studio experience is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Extremely organized with strong follow‑through.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack; fast learner of new tools.
• Ability to work Pacific Time and maintain flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Providing day‑to‑day admin and coordination support to the Pre‑Production team.
• Managing calendars, calls, production meetings, and internal check‑ins.
• Attending meetings and taking detailed notes; turning discussions into action items.
• Compiling notes and updates for leadership and executives; tracking follow‑ups.
• Maintaining organized files and production trackers; supporting special projects.
