• Assist in developing production schedules, timelines, and task assignments.
• Coordinate pre-production preparations, including script approvals, location scouting, talent bookings, and equipment reservations.
• Track progress against production timelines and provide updates to supervisors and creative teams.
• Organize production resources, including studio space, equipment, props, and materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and service providers for logistical needs.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of assets required for shoots, live broadcasts, and post-production.
