Job summary

Acceligent Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales team by understanding customer requirements, designing technology solutions, and delivering presentations and demonstrations.

The ideal candidate will translate complex IT solutions into clear business value, possess strong presentation and communication skills, and be willing to work with customers onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or any related field.
• Experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, infrastructure, or managed services is preferred.
• Familiarity with Cisco technologies and solutions is an advantage.
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and business challenges.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and gather client requirements.
• Design and recommend appropriate IT and technology solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, bill of materials (BOM), and other supporting documents.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Provide technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and discussions.
• Respond to technical inquiries and assist in preparing responses for RFIs, RFPs, and other bid requirements.
• Coordinate with technology partners and vendors for product information, pricing, and technical requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments.
• Support the Sales Team throughout the entire pre-sales and solution development process.
