MicroSourcing is seeking a meticulous Post Sale Process Coordinator in Pasay. The role ensures seamless transition from sale to order, verifying documentation, managing Salesforce Case records, and coordinating with internal departments to drive timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple orders while maintaining accuracy and compliance with established processes. Hybrid work setup with night shifts is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM including case and opportunity management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Credit, Purchasing, and Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage Salesforce Case and Opportunity creation after Signed Bid.
• Verify duplicate Cases/Opportunities and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify and correct total dollar bid amounts in records.
• Record PO numbers in Salesforce Case.
• Ensure vendor quotes and EPR references are documented in the Bid notes.
• Promptly contact the Sales Representative for missing documentation.
• Close Opportunity to Won upon fulfillment of required conditions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
