Payreto Services Inc. is seeking a Level 2 Terminal Support to handle POS system issues and ensure smooth operation of payment terminals.

You will proactively diagnose hardware and software problems, escalate to vendor teams when needed, and coordinate with internal IT and support partners to restore services. The role requires hands-on experience with POS hardware and software, strong communication, and collaboration across multiple vendor teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in payments industry support or software/hardware support.
• Experience in application support, release and incident management.
• Troubleshooting POS hardware and terminal software, network and GPS/TCP-IP issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain POS systems, software and interfaces.
• Coordinate with suppliers, support partners and vendors.
• Create operating, training and checklists manuals/materials.
• Coordinate daily operations between customers, IT and departments during emergencies.
• Resolve hardware, software, network and communication issues in POS systems.
• Organize mass terminal software rollouts and monitor terminal health with vendors.
• Own and support Terminal Management System (TMS).
