Job summary

Payreto is seeking an Account Executive to deliver high-quality technical support for international clients. The role covers Level 1 tech support, user administration, data handling, and assisting with e-commerce platform configurations.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly while documenting cases meticulously. As the face of Payreto, you will ensure excellent client service, participate in ongoing learning about Payreto technologies, and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 1–2 years experience as a Client/Technical Support agent serving international clients.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in G Suite/MS Office Suite.
• Above-average attention to detail, logical, numerical, and verbal reasoning.
• Process-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email or chat to international clients and their customers.
• Manage user administration and reset access as needed.
• Input and process data; generate reports from preset configurations.
• Coordinate customer requests with internal teams and partners for complex issues.
• Assist with setting up and configuring e-commerce platforms and payment integrations.
