Home Credit Philippines is seeking a POS Loan Operations Analyst in Taguig to manage product codes, back-end setup, pilot support, and reporting. You will coordinate with Finance, Risk, Sales Analytics, and other departments to ensure accurate data and smooth rollouts.

The role emphasizes data analysis, presentations for Product Managers, timely reports on product performance, and maintaining up-to-date documentation and processes. Fluency in English and Oracle SQL experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manages POS Loan product codes and sets up product parameters based on PAP and contracts.
• Safeguards and monitors signed partner contracts and related documentation.
• Escalates and reports risks or issues related to product code setup to the Product Manager.
• Prepares and delivers reports on product performance and pilot results.
• Supports product rollout activities, testing, and back-office tasks.
• Coordinates inquiries with the sales network and related departments.
• Maintains up-to-date process maps and product documentation.
• Creates standard operating procedures for POS Loan products.
