Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Loan Product Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of loan products—from concept and feasibility to development, rollout and post-launch evaluation. You will drive revenue growth by implementing programs for loan offerings and ensuring policy alignment.

Based onsite in the Philippines, you will work to review existing processes for consistency, maintain high attention to detail, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Position Title: Loan Product Manager

Job Summary

• Manages Loan products from conceptualization, feasibility evaluation, development, roll‑out, post‑launch and periodic evaluation and product re‑design (as needed).
• Grows revenues and builds up volumes of assigned product(s) through developing and implementing programs and initiatives for the bank's Loan product offerings.
• Reviews and evaluates existing policies to re‑align these and provide structure to address identified risks.
• Reviews and evaluates existing processes and procedures for consistency and harmonization of practice as well as institute process improvements.
