Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Digital Product Specialist to analyze data and funnel performance, set up A/B tests, and drive product improvements. You will document requirements, map customer journeys, and collaborate with UX/UI for prototypes to ensure a customer-centric development process.

You will work with Product Managers, Analytics, and UX/UI teams to define journeys, monitor KPIs, plan rollouts, and shape go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

2 years of relevant work experience in product development (digital products e.g mobile app).
Digital Product Development: End-to-end product development with data-driven strategies and user feedback monitoring.
UX/UI Design & Tools: Proficient in UX/UI design using Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch; collaborative with Miro.

Responsibilities

Define, document, and implement new business ideas and product enhancements with Product Managers.
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement in the product stream with Analytics Team.
Define best customer journey with UX/UI to ensure coverage and handle negative scenarios.
Plan rollout of new features and ensure support teams handle user queries about the product.
Contribute to Go-to-Market plans and define success metrics for campaigns.
