Qualifications

• 1–3 years in product support, operations, system/application support, data/configuration management, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in product setup and validation.
• Analytical thinking to assess dependencies, impacts, and risks.
• Effective communication for cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure POS Loan products per approved requirements and contracts.
• Review configurations for completeness and accuracy; follow procedures.
• Support testing, pilot setups, and product rollout activities.
• Escalate complex configuration needs to Senior Specialist or Technical Lead.
• Perform pre-activation validation and post-activation checks on product setups.
• Validate configurations against requirements and supporting documents.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions for operational risks.
• Maintain validation records and related documentation.
• Handle product-related inquiries within SLAs and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to reflect approved requirements in setup.
• Monitor setup accuracy, produce reports, and identify process improvements.
