About The Job

Product Support Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end setup, validation, and support of product configurations across systems, ensuring accuracy, proper implementation, and alignment with business requirements. The role covers product code management, contract-related setups, and request-driven activities through workflow systems, while integrating quality assurance practices through both pre- and post-activation validation. In addition, the specialist supports issue resolution, monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient product operations.

What You’ll Do

• POS Loan Product Setup and Configuration Management
• Perform POS Loan product code creation, revision, deactivation, and uploading based on approved requirements, contracts, and requests.
• Review product setup requirements and ensure required configurations, parameters, and setup instructions are complete and accurately implemented.
• Perform standard product setup and changes following established procedures and controls.
• Support testing, pilot setup, and product rollout activities as assigned.
• Escalate non-standard or technically complex configuration requirements to the Senior Specialist or Technical Lead.
• End-to-End Validation and Quality Assurance
• Perform pre-activation validation of POS Loan product setups using established validation procedures and controls.
• Conduct post-activation checks to verify product behavior, pricing, subsidy, and other applicable outputs.
• Validate product configurations against approved requirements and supporting documents.
• Identify discrepancies, configuration errors, and potential operational or financial risks and coordinate appropriate resolution.
• Maintain accurate validation records and supporting documentation.
• Issue Resolution and Operational Support
• Investigate and resolve standard issues related to POS Loan product setup and configuration.
• Handle product-related inquiries and requests from Sales and other stakeholders within agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address setup discrepancies and operational issues.
• Escalate complex, recurring, or technically dependent issues for further assessment.
• Document identified issues and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Multi-Workstream and Stakeholder Coordination
• Handle POS Loan-related requests across product codes, contract management, and workflow/request management systems.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete requirements and supporting documents.
• Support cross-functional activities related to product implementation, changes, and rollouts.
• Ensure approved requirements are properly reflected in product setup and related documentation.
• Monitoring, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
• Monitor product setup accuracy, completion, and identified exceptions.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and monitoring records as required.
• Maintain product support documentation, work instructions, and process records.
• Identify recurring issues and process gaps and raise improvement opportunities.
• Support the implementation of approved process and system improvements.

What You Need To Have

• At least 1–3 years of experience in product support, operations, system/application support, data/configuration management, or similar
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in product setup and validation
• Analytical thinking to assess dependencies, impacts, and risks
• Quality-focused mindset with structured pre- and post-implementation validation
• Problem-solving ability to investigate issues and drive resolution
• Effective communication for cross-functional coordination
• Background in financial services or contract management is a plus
• Practical knowledge and experience in data analysis and tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel)
