Qualifications

• Computer literate with knowledge in basic Windows applications.
• Has a motorcycle, updated driver’s license, and ORCR.
• Experience in providing good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safekeep POS terminals and accessories until deployment.
• Test and calibrate installed equipment for performance.
• Provide training to merchants on terminal functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
