Filinvest Hospitality Corporation is seeking a Corporate Revenue Manager with a minimum of four years' experience in revenue management and hotel commercial operations. The role focuses on developing portfolio-wide revenue strategies, pricing optimization, forecasting, and governance of RMS, CRS, and PMS across properties in the portfolio.

You will lead data-driven decision-making, collaborate with sales, marketing, reservations and operations, and drive a strong revenue culture through coaching

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Revenue Management, Hotel Commercial Operations, or related field.
• Experience with RMS, CRS and PMS platforms across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement portfolio-wide revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share.
• Develop pricing and inventory strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share.
• Lead forecasting, demand analysis and performance monitoring with competitive benchmarks and market trends.
• Ensure governance and optimization of RMS, CRS, and PMS platforms with data integrity and rate parity.
• Drive a revenue culture through training and best-practice pricing, forecasting, and demand management.
• Prepare and present revenue performance reports including portfolio performance, market share trends, risks, opportunities, and executive insights.
