Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio, managing client inquiries through resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and clear expectation-setting.
• Coordinate with internal partners to research issues, align on next steps, and deliver timely solutions.
• Resolve complex service requests by investigating root causes, escalating when needed, and tracking outcomes.
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and in person, adapting your style to the audience.
• Monitor recurring themes and recommend service enhancements that improve client experience and operational efficiency.
• Apply policy and procedure requirements consistently when handling client requests and sensitive activities.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of each client's organization, priorities, and operating model to better support their needs.
• Produce and use basic metrics and reporting to support portfolio management and service quality.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help implement changes within your area of responsibility.
• Support a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and mentoring others.
