Job summary

GLORY (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking an EMS/QA Professional to ensure compliance with EMS laws and ISO 14001 standards. You will maintain documentation, monitor licenses and permits, and lead the EMS committee to implement programs that protect the environment while reducing costs.

The role requires a degree in any field, basic PCO training, a PCO certificate, and strong computer/reporting skills, with a full-time commitment in the QA team. You will liaise with government agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• Attend Basic PCO Training.
• Has Training Certificate for PCO.
• Background in ISO 14001 standards.
• Knowledgeable in PCO responsibilities and can transact with government agencies.
• Full-time position in Quality Assurance.
• Proficient in computer operation, reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a system to ensure EMS compliance with applicable laws.
• Ensure licenses, permits and certificates are updated and reports submitted promptly to government agencies.
• Monitor, review, update and maintain EMS documents.
• Develop and implement EMS programs for environmental protection and cost reduction.
• Oversee EMS committee and ensure programs are effectively implemented with contingency plans.
• Apply HORENSO to ensure efficient communication flow.
• Perform any other duties reasonably required by management.

• Ensure that license, permits, certificates are updated and reports are promptly, accurately and correctly submitted to government agencies.
• Monitor, review, update, control and maintain all documents directly affecting EMS Standards
• Develop and implement programs related in EMS that promotes environmental protection and cost reduction.
• Handles/oversees EMS committee to ensure programs are effectively implemented and establish contingency plans.
• Apply HORENSO to ensure the efficient communication flow
• Perform any other duties reasonably required by the management.
