Job summary

GLORY (PHILIPPINES), INC. seeks a QA professional to oversee EOHS compliance and documentation in Batangas. You will ensure activities align with EOHS laws, maintain licenses, and timely report submissions to government agencies.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree, OSH training, ISO 45001/14001 experience, and can handle PCO duties with government agencies. This is a full-time role under the Quality Assurance department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree of any course.
• Attended training on OSH and has minimum OSH experience.
• Attend basic PCO training.
• With background in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Knowledgeable in PCO/SO responsibilities and can transact to different government agencies.
• Proficient in computer operation, report making and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a system which ensure that all activities and/or process in the company is in accordance with existing EOHS laws.
• Ensure that the license, permits, certificates are updated and reports are promptly, accurately and correctly submitted to government agencies.
• Monitor, review, update and control and maintain all documents directly affecting EMS and OHS/DOLE standards.
• Develop and implement programs related in EOHS that promotes environmental protection and cost reduction and safe working environment and practices.
• Handles and oversees EMS committee and EPRT Team to ensure programs are effectively implemented and establish contingency plans and ensure company preparedness in responding emergency situations
• Full time under Quality Assurance department
