TRIMOTORS TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION is seeking an EHS professional to lead Pollution Control and Safety programs in our facility. You will ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, deliver trainings, and maintain documentation, reports, and records to safeguard staff and the environment.
You will monitor the EMS, investigate incidents and near misses, and coordinate with regulatory bodies as well as internal teams to sustain a safe and compliant workplace.
The position oversees the implementation and monitoring of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, identifies and controls workplace hazards, promotes environmental sustainability, and safeguards the health and safety of employees.
Ensure compliance with DENR environmental laws, permits, and regulations.
Monitor the Environmental Management System (EMS).
Prepare and submit required environmental reports.
Coordinate environmental inspections and regulatory requirements.
Maintain environmental permits, records, and documentation.
Promote pollution prevention, waste reduction, and environmental awareness.
Investigate environmental incidents and monitor corrective actions.
Implement and monitor the company’s OSH Program and ensure OSHS compliance.
Conduct workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Monitor proper use of PPE, safety signage, and emergency equipment.
Coordinate occupational health programs and medical examinations.
Recommend measures to prevent and control workplace hazards.
Assist in emergency response and business continuity planning.
Ensure compliance with DOLE, DENR, BFP, LGU, and other regulatory requirements.
Assist during government inspections and audits.
Maintain legal registers, permits, certifications, and compliance records.
Monitor and close corrective actions from audits and inspections.
Conduct employee safety orientations and EHS training.
Conduct emergency preparedness training and awareness programs.
Promote employee participation in EHS activities.
Prepare monthly EHS and environmental reports.
Maintain incident, inspection, training, and compliance records.
Submit EHS performance reports and recommendations to management.
