Job summary

Glory (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking an EOHS/QA professional to ensure all processes align with EOHS laws and DOLE standards. The role supervises EMS activities and maintains licenses, permits, and documentation across government agencies. Strong ISO 45001/14001 background preferred.

Responsibilities include developing EOHS programs, leading EMS committees, and ensuring emergency readiness within the Quality Assurance department. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course required.
• Attended OSH training with minimum OSH experience.
• Attend basic PCO training.
• Background in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Knowledgeable in PCO/SO responsibilities and can transact with government agencies.
• Proficient in computer operation, report making and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems ensuring all activities/processes comply with EOHS laws.
• Ensure licenses, permits, certificates are updated and reports submitted to government agencies promptly and accurately.
• Monitor, review, update and control all documents affecting EMS and OHS/DOLE standards.
• Develop and implement EOHS programs for environmental protection, cost reduction, and safe working conditions.
• Oversee EMS committee and EPRT Team; establish contingency plans and emergency readiness.

Job Descriptions:

• Maintain a system which ensure that all activities and/or process in the company is in accordance with existing EOHS laws.

• Ensure that the license, permits, certificates are updated and reports are promptly, accurately and correctly submitted to government agencies.

• Monitor, review, update and control and maintain all documents directly affecting EMS and OHS/DOLE standards.

• Develop and implement programs related in EOHS that promotes environmental protection and cost reduction and safe working environment and practices.

• Handles and oversees EMS committee and EPRT Team to ensure programs are effectively implemented and establish contingency plans and ensure company preparedness in responding emergency situations

• Full time under Quality Assurance department

• Apply HORENSO to ensure the efficient communication flow.

• Perform any other duties reasonably required by the management
