Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment in the Philippines is seeking a Supervisor for the Poker Room to support the Assistant Manager in implementing policies and maintaining a secure, friendly atmosphere for guests.

The role focuses on ensuring smooth game operations, enforcing house rules, managing rake collections, handling guest inquiries, and mentoring staff to uphold service standards and game integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in the Asian gaming market is desirable.
• Solid knowledge of poker game varieties.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all poker games and tournaments run smoothly and efficiently, following established rules and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of poker games by enforcing house rules and procedures.
• Ensure that the dealer collects the correct rakes for each game dealt on the table.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
• Train and mentor poker room staff to ensure high standards of customer service and game integrity.
• Create games and assign guests to tables to open according to the number of players on the waiting list.
• Assist guest registrations.
