Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited is seeking a Supervisor, Poker Room in Manila to oversee poker room operations and uphold game integrity. You will assist the Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth games, accurate rake handling, and high guest service standards.

The role requires at least two years as a poker dealer, flexibility for nights and weekends, and familiarity with Asian gaming markets. You will mentor staff and manage guest registrations in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in the Asian gaming market is desirable.
• Sound knowledge of Poker games variety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure poker games and tournaments run smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain integrity of games by enforcing house rules.
• Ensure dealer collects correct rakes for each game.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and disputes professionally and timely.
• Train and mentor poker room staff to maintain service standards and game integrity.
• Create games and assign guests to tables based on waiting list.
