Melco Resorts & Entertainment in Manila is seeking a Receptionist for the Poker Room to welcome players, manage seating, and keep accurate records to ensure a smooth guest experience in a fast-paced casino.

You will greet players, answer inquiries, register players for games and events, coordinate with supervisors and dealers, inform about promotions, and maintain a clean reception area while delivering exceptional service. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service and casino operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• English proficiency; other languages a plus.
• Tertiary level education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet players and provide information on games, promotions, and events.
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Manage player waitlist and seating for poker games.
• Coordinate with supervisors and dealers for staffing and seating.
• Register players for games, tournaments, or events.
• Record player details and buy-ins accurately.
• Inform players about promotions and membership programs.
• Collect feedback and handle concerns with supervisor escalation.
• Maintain clean and organized reception area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
