Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required in a casino setting.
• Casino operations background preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet players and provide information on games, promotions, and events.
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Manage player waitlist and seating for poker games.
• Coordinate with supervisors and dealers to staff tables.
• Register players for games, tournaments, or events.
• Record player details, buy-ins, and information.
• Inform players about promotions, tournaments, or membership programs.
• Distribute promotional materials and collect feedback.
• Escalate concerns to the Poker Supervisor when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
