Job summary

2GO Group is seeking an Operations Staff to ensure timely processing of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, validation and monitoring to support billing and liquidation requirements. The role coordinates with On-Site Representatives, Documentation, Customer Service, and other parties to resolve discrepancies and keep transactions updated.

Educational background requires a college degree; 1–2 years of experience in the same industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate. A technical background is an advantage.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for encoding, validating, and processing PODs.
• Sends updates on PODs.
• Coordinates with On-Site Representatives regarding all PODs.
• Monitors the timely submission of all PODs.
• Routes the messenger for the liquidation of PODs.
• Ensures that all PODs are properly filled out and signed.
• Updates and reminds On-Site Representatives of all billing requirements.
• Coordinates with the Documentation Department and Customer Service regarding all problematic PODs.
