Job summary

The role involves handling budgets, subcontractor payments, and ensuring accurate documentation for OFCI projects.

You will collaborate across teams, assist in meetings with customers, and help drive efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
• 0–2 years in project coordination or related field.
• Strong MS Office (Excel/Word) proficiency.
• Self-starter with adaptability and minimal supervision.
• Professional communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO with processes, tools, and governance for project finances.
• Assist Project Coordinator II on major projects.
• Handle project information and requirements for PMO and customers.
• Close SRs and manage project documentation and filing.
• Coordinate with teams to fulfill customer requests and audits.
