Job summary

Prime Infra is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to join our PMO team in the Philippines. You will coordinate and analyze project controls across schedule, cost, risk, and reporting to enable timely management decisions.

You will consolidate information from engineering, procurement, construction, and contractors, maintaining dashboards, trackers, and data integrity while supporting weekly and monthly progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls, coordination, planning, scheduling, project management, or PMO functions.
• Experience in large-scale engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, hydropower, oil & gas, or industrial projects preferred.
• Experience working in a PMO or Project Controls environment is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of project controls principles and project execution processes.
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling, progress measurement, reporting, risk, and project performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, consolidation, and validation of project controls information from project teams and contractors.
• Maintain project controls trackers, dashboards, registers, and reporting databases.
• Monitor project performance against schedules, milestones, and targets.
• Coordinate with discipline teams for timely submission of controls data and updates.
• Support PMO reporting, including weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Identify risks, issues, and actions; assist in mitigation actions.
